World renowned will be teaching an exclusive 2 hour workshop , August 20th, 6-8pm. TRANSITIONS. TRANSITION
This two hour class will focus on slowing down to experience the poses as well as the space between the poses. Using specific breath work and longer pauses, we will explore the transitions from one posture to another, one breath to another, and one experience to another. This class will be challenging but accessible to all levels.

None of us get to where we are without assistance . Wether it be obvious or subtle. Thank you to all my talented devoted teachers for all their efforts to make SFY fantastic, and for all our members who keep coming back and being a part of our family . ‼️
