No!!! Now who’s gonna pay off my student debt? Oh wait—I’m a man I work my ass off, juggling three jobs to pay off my debt and to keep my sons out of the indoctrinated school system. Because that’s what real men do!

Daniella’s testimonial….

I started my fitness journey with George’s help on August 2022 due severe chronic back pain since I wanted to start feeling better. I quickly started noticing how the pain started getting easier to handle and I started to take my journey a bit more seriously. After a few months I added some fasting methods as well as cutting back on takeout and processed foods. 12 months later I find myself 40lbs lighter, with significant pain reduction and currently at my goal weight! A number which I thought unobtainable since I haven’t been this weight for over 15 years. I couldn’t have done it without your help, thank you George! 💪🏽

My client, Daniela, achieved a remarkable weight loss of 40 pounds during the past year while training with me. Despite sporadic workout attempts over the years, she struggled with consistency. Her history included intense HIIT workouts that often left her in pain for days. I guided her towards a new approach, focusing on full-body weight training three times a week (twice with me and once independently), complemented by 150 minutes of weekly cardio. Additionally, Daniela independently chose to incorporate intermittent fasting into her routine, although it's not my typical recommendation for most women. While the progress might have been slower compared to HIIT, it was more sustainable and left her feeling positive after each workout. Daniela's commitment to the process led to an incredible 40-pound weight loss and remarkable results. I extend my gratitude to Daniela for placing her trust in the process.

Happy !!!

Since I haven’t been able to train because of my AC separation I’ve been hit the the weights six times a week with an upper lower split. Back in the day I would do a different body part each day of the week. One day chest, one day back, one day shoulders etc. what I’ve learned over time is that this is not an optimal way to train for . Studies have shown for best results you need to hit that same muscle at least twice a week. So if you can only train 2 to 3 times a week it is ideal to do a full body workout for best results.

Today I compete in the Masters Division International Open No Gi and took first place.

I also signed up for the absolute and in my very first match I got judo tossed and landed on my shoulder and heard a loud Krunch. I push through it and managed to get to side control. But the pain was just too much so I had to tap out. As you can see in the picture my shoulder is popping out. Small setback but I know I’ll come back stronger.
