We are in a new quarter in our weapons class which means we are starting a new weapon: NUNCHUKS! Learn a whole new way to challenge your dexterity and apply your skills. (Nunchucks: included. Pizza: not included.)

Back on the mats with our crazy color UFAF ITC shirts! We had so much fun and learned so much at our annual training now we are so excited to be back to classes and implementing what we learned.
