Quick balanced breakfast ideas for all my athletes out there who shop at Costco! Here are some of my favorite items to purchase when creating a balanced breakfast:

Greek Yogurt parfait:
•Plain Greek Yogurt
•Berries
•Choice Granola
•Sliced Almonds
•Honey (ex Manuka honey)

Spinach Omelette or Egg Bites:
•Eggs and/or Tofu
•Spinach
•Potato
•Avocado
•Aged cheddar
•Salsa and/or Salt + Pepper

High-Protein Oats:
•Choice Protein Powder
•Organic Oats
•Choice Nut butter
•Banana or blueberries
•Honey (ex Manuka honey)

Breakfast Sandwich:
•Egg and/or Turkey Bacon
•Arugula
•Sourdough
•Avocado
•Salt + Pepper

💪 Meals don’t need to be complex to be balanced. Whether you’re fueling up post-workout or just craving a satisfying meal, SIMPLE is key, especially when it comes to consistency! 🥒🍗
