We were so excited to have national champ Shaina Cruea on the Up the Pole Podcast to tell us about her pole journey and the Warrior Moms Initiative, an organization she founded with two other moms after her son’s cancer diagnosis. Sadly the audio didn’t record clearly, so we’ll have to have her back for the full story. But next week (June 27) is her pole competition, Pole for Gold, so here’s a quick clip - and we hope you support the Warrior Mom Initiative ♥️

Get into Demon Time with Bad Aby () on Wednesday, June 17th at 7:05.

This class aims to get dancers out of their heads and fully into their bodies, immersing themselves in the music while discovering a different side of themselves. Class is never about perfection but always about self-obsession and bringing that confident, powerful, dangerous demon out to play. 😈
