3 moves, 3 rounds, 30 second each w/15 sec break (longer if you need ….. I know I did between round 2 & 3 …. in modifying)
Follow along & hit play 2X more for a quick cardio blast🙌
Plyo Run jump - 30 sec
REST 15 sec
Twisted mountain climber - 30 sec
REST 15 sec
Plyo 180 jump - 30 sec

Crunched on time? Need a super quick strength session? Try these mini weekend workouts! Seriously 10-15 min EMOM! And you might ask, “What is an EMOM?” Well it stands for ‘every minute on minute’. Do each of these four exercises 4 sets, each exercise 8-10 reps and you rest the remainder of the min, then move to next exercise. Repeat to complete 3 rounds!
