For her 34th birthday, we’re gathering to dance it out under the golden sun! Join us for Kirin’s birthday this Friday night, October 2 5:45pm at Baker Beach.

Kirin is the steady beaming light you can always rely on to lift your spirits on Saturday mornings with our groove class. And during the months of longer days, a place you can find her every Friday night to help you shake off the week and fall back in love with life and nature. We know our community is endlessly grateful for her bright presence.

Show Kirin some love and come out to celebrate being alive with us this Friday night!

We are wishing this queen all the love in the world, and then some!! 🥳💖🌞💃🏻✨

How will you mark this transition of the seasons this year?

We love creating rituals to simply pause (together), offer gratitude, and recognize the movement of the sun and the passing of time. It’s a way our ancestors have been gathering for thousands of years. It’s a thread for all of us back to the beginning, back to nature, back to ritual, and to standing in awe of the mystery of life. As humans, we know how to do this. It’s in our DNA.

We look forward to gathering again with so many of you, our beloved community, to be in ritual together. To flow, to shake, dance, laugh, to feel the support of community, and maybe let go even a tiny bit of what’s heavy. As we soak in the Fall light before winter’s rest.

Share the love, bring your community!

Meet the wonder that is Maggie! We’re so grateful to have Maggie stepping in frequently to teach our Sunday Soul Flow class, and soon offer breathwork classes to our OY community.

Like us who love outdoor yoga, Maggie is deeply connected to the beauty of nature, and the unique magic of Mother Nature in SF.

Highly recommend trying her class on a Sunday morning coming up soon!
She’ll be teaching this coming Sunday 8/16 as well as 10/25, 11/8. Stay tuned for other dates.

We’re so happy to have you as part of our team Maggie Weiland !! 🩵🌊🌸

Little reminder— the beach is magical in Fogust!

August is one of our favorite seasons out here. The gray skies have hidden hues of blues and whites. The mornings are calm / low wind and so peaceful. And we have the beach pretty much to ourselves.

If you need a breather this weekend, come breathe and move with us 🌊🧘

Saturday 10:30am groove yoga
Sunday 10:30am soul flow yoga
