DANCEfit - Hip Hop for ADULTS (age 16+)
For adults who've always wanted to dance, this follow-along, hip-hop workout makes choreography fun and accessible. Students will learn foundational movements, musicality, and routines that'll leave them feeling groovy for the club and fit at the gym. Only a few spots left.
