How Bad do you Want it?!?!? Having Discipline is one of the hardest things to be obtained! You would think after so many years it would be a breeze to have it. One day at a time, I will keep building it up! No excuses, More Discipline and a better mindset is in-store!

Wow you know your getting old when you go to the gym just to Recover!! My body Definitely needed it. Life caught up to me and Sat my A$$ Down!! Feel Great today!! Maybe I should implement this "workout" more often!!

Little League Day at Oracle Park to watch the .The Kids had a such a great time walking on Field and watching the game!! I remembered back in the day as a player when I got to walk on a real field. The looks on their faces were Priceless!! Such an Awesome Day!!

Making an Impact is #1 on the List. Our job as Coaches is not only to make Impact, but to teach Responsibility, Accountability and how to deal with Adversity. We are here to teach and to lead by Example on how to be a well rounded human being. Already Being an athlete is demanding in itself, but a good Coach will help athletes navigate themselves to their true potential. The Satisfaction you get as a Coach when your athletes rise to the occasion to make that crazy play, or even are able to bounce back from a tough loss with great attitude and work ethic is unmatched. What a WIN today!! 1st game as a Squad and we came away with the WIN!! So proud of these kids!! They never took their foot off the gas!!! They were so Pumped up!! It just shows when you teach them the LOVE OF THE GAME, they will succeed like no other!! Great Job Phillies!!! Thanks to all the parents and Coaches today!! Way to Go!!!

Great Team Workout Today! Parachutes, Ladders and Hurdles oh my! These kids worked hard today. Speed and Agility was on the top of the menu today at Practice! Great Job boys!!
