It’s working. I’ll admit, I have reached the end of my rope several times in the last year and wanted to give up when things feel to heavy, but I kept going. You have to keep going. Constant pressure, constant perseverance, constant hope. Never ever let up, no one is asking you to carry the weight of the world, just carry what you can. Dust your shoulders off, hold your head up high and remind yourself why you started.

Is it possible to run the circumference of the earth…24,500 miles? We say 100%, “YES!” This challenge will take you around the planet longitudinally (pole to pole) and latitudinally (around the equator) twice, if you dare! You’ll run 245 miles at your own pace, with each mile you run representing 100 planetary miles. With no end date, you can use this challenge as a fun training program. Accumulate your mileage as you run various races, post your miles to our leaderboard, and we’ll keep track of your total for you. You’ll earn amazing sustainable awards and the right to say, “I ran around the world!”

That said, runners high is REAL and we've never heard someone say they regret heading out for a run. But it takes time to get there! Wanna run a marathon? Train for a 5K. Wanna hit a new PR? Get consistent with your training schedule. Never run one step in your life? Start walking EVERY DAY.

I'm working on training my brain to stay positive and strong while I run. And last week I had a huge revelation 👟 ➡️ Mental Training doesn't happen when you're running.
It's hard to believe (or remember) your mantra when you're exhausted & hurting on a long run.
Struggling up a big hill doesn't make you want to think positive thoughts.
When you're doing the physical work of running your mind is focused on that and it's extremely challenging to add in mental work too.
So mental training should start when you're not running.
And because it's so important to run strong - it's more than just a pre-run pep talk.
Flood your mind with positive and empowering thoughts every chance you get.
It doesn't have to be about running - be your own cheerleader for everything.🎈🤸🏽♀️🎈

You're strong!

You were brave!
