Raj has been a client at Ann Beck Pilates for nearly 14 years! An avid runner, Pilates cross training helped her reduce her marathon time by nearly half an hour which allowed her to qualify for the Boston Marathon in the early days of her training with me. She continues to cross train with Pilates to maintain strength and help prevent injury so she can continue her running journey.

Allie has been a client at Ann Beck Pilates for 10 years! Pilates helps her stay fit for her very active life, and provides a weekly respite from her demanding work schedule.

A BIG thank you to everyone who did Zoom sessions with me this year! I am excited to announce that Ann Beck Pilates will begin scheduling in person sessions with limited availability beginning in June 2021. Zoom sessions will continue to be available for clients who are training from distant locations, or who prefer working out in the privacy of their own home.
