Happy Monday!

Love us some flying balls.

Aerialists vs. yoga balls = pure chaos.

The kind only The Hive SF can come up with.

A big thank you to Dari, Ron, and Thalita for teaching us how to get tippy on the hoop, fly on a pole and strengthen our bodies through pilates during the Aerial Arts Festival workshops last week. It was challenging but so much fun!

And a special thank you to Veronica, Zaccho SF, and the Aerial Arts Festival for bringing it all together and making these workshops possible. 💛

Until next time... ✨
