This is one of my favorite full body workouts when I’m traveling. Bands just make working out more fun for some reason! This builds muscle in the upper body, lower body, and works the stabilizing muscles of the core.
I did 2 rounds which took me about 20 min:
6 exercises.
45 secs on/15 secs off
20 min!
2 rounds:
1. squats
2. One arm rows
3. lunges
4. tricep push downs
5. deadlifts
6. bicep curls
Build muscle in your shoulders, core, legs, and glutes and improve stability in the shoulders and core. It’s a cardio workout too! I was totally out of breath after 3 rounds. 45 secs on/15 secs off.
