Happy birthday
Today we celebrate the birthday of Grand Master Hélio Gracie. One of the most influential figures in Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts in general. We thank you for all that you did for Jiu-Jitsu and today we honor your life and legacy. Happy Birthday and rest in peace Grand Master.

Come celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Charles Gracie Association on Saturday October 8th in Tracy! There will be a free Kids Self-Defense Seminar and a free seminar for Adults taught by the legend as well as food, games, and more. All CGA students are welcome to attend it will be a very fun day that you don’t want to miss. See you all there 👊

Our Adult Fundamentals classes will now be Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00pm and Adult All Levels will be Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-8:00pm. This starts Monday May 2nd. See you guys there👊

Some end of class conditioning for a physical and mental push! It may be uncomfortable in the moment, but breaking through mental barriers with exercise is one of the many amazing benefits you get from martial arts training. Accomplishing a goal you didn’t think was possible does wonders for your confidence. If you want to learn work ethic and have a good time doing it come train with us!

Our kids 6-9 years old classes filling up! Here we are demonstrating how to properly sprawl and enter the front headlock position. This teaches them how to stop their partner from taking them down and to keep control once they stop the takedown.🤼♀️

Attention to detail is something we really value here at . In Jiu-Jitsu the smallest details make the biggest differences in making the technique work effectively. From the 4-6 year olds to the adults we heavily emphasize doing every technique step by step and going slow to make sure it is being done correctly. 🔑
