Resistance Bands training is such a universal way of training that both novice and advance people can benefit from. Resistance bands allow muscle tension through out the range of motion. Through a constant “tug” against the direction of a lift the muscles not only learns full control of muscle tension but also the speed in which the weight is directed to. This allows the fast twitch muscles to to trigger a dynamic motion that overall increases the power of a lifter. Incorporating resistance bands to a trap bar deadlift fires up all working muscles to produce full range strength.
