Made a trip to the TPI headquarters to learn from some of the top coaches in the golf industry. The amount of knowledge these guys have is amazing, and I’m fortunate to be able to learn from them.
Looking forward to helping my clients hit it past their friends and enjoy golf even more!

Besides adjusting to working out at home I have definitely made an effort to be more active outdoors.
When gyms eventually reopen I’m definitely going to keep doing it. Adventuring to new areas and getting some sun and fresh air always makes me feel good.
Has anyone else experienced this too?

The TRX Row is a great movement to train your back and biceps. Back training in general is very important for good posture but also for a balanced physique.
I love using this exercise when training clients because it’s very easy to control how much weight you’re pulling (feet placement) and you can perform it with very little load on the lower back.

One of the reasons I love working out so much is that it gives me time everyday to block out the noise. No matter what’s going on in my life, I know I can take 30-60 minutes to focus solely on bettering myself.

With everything going on in the world right now there’s a lot of negativity to focus on. Don’t get me wrong there’s plenty of VERY important issues at hand. But exercise is great for your mental health, and taking some time to focus on your well being is always a good decision.

So bump some music, get sweaty, and get those endorphins flowing! 🏋🏾💪🏽
The TRX is one of my favorite pieces of equipment. There are so many different exercises to choose from, and I use it often with my clients.
In this video I demonstrate how to perform the TRX push-up. It targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps. If done correctly you will also get a great amount of core engagement.

I got a challenge for you guys today. I want you to do 3 things...
Hydrate- Divide your body weight in half, and that’s how many ounces of water you should drink.
Eat your veggies- Try to put a vegetable on your plate at every meal. Yes even breakfast! Sautéing some spinach or some bell peppers in your eggs will do the trick.
Move- Carve out around 20-30 minutes to get your body moving and work up a sweat. You will always feel better when it’s done.
If you can do 1 or all of those things, you will make progress towards a healthier lifestyle!
