Congratulations! At the 30th Anniversary St. Ambrose Feis hosted by the Cleary School of Irish Dance in Southern California at the end of September, San Francisco’s very own co-Director of the Whelan Academy of Irish Dance, Sheila Whelan Gallagher, had the distinct honor of presenting an award that she herself won in 1994 to her own student, Hannah Logar.

Under the expert guidance of Sharon Whelan MacSweeney ADCRG BG and Sheila Whelan Gallagher TCRG, our dancers are trained from their very first steps to World Championship level — and we are the proud home to a 2× World Champion!
