โœ”๏ธ Keep elbows high so the barbell sits behind your deltoids (NOTE: โ the barbell directly on the muscle will hurt)
โœ”๏ธ Maintain upright position throughout (NOTE: deviation will put too much pressure on your lower back, or cause you to drop the barbell)
