The 80/20 rule. The "mini pro plan." Chasing more volume.
These are the three approaches that consistently fail busy IRONMAN athletes. And I'll tell you exactly why in a free live webinar on June 11th.

After 20+ years coaching professional triathletes and age-groupers, I can tell you — you don't race flat and fatigued because you didn't train hard enough. You race flat and fatigued because your training wasn't built to work with your life.
12 focused hours a week. Every intensity touched. Every session earning its place. That's what produces fit, fresh, fast athletes.

Want to see what that looks like in practice? Comment IRONMAN below and my team will DM you the registration link. See you June 11th.

You don't need more hours. You need to get more out of the hours you have.

If your IRONMAN training feels like a second job, it's not going to end well.

The reality is, 12 well-structured hours a week will outperform 18 chaotic ones almost every time. Not because volume doesn't matter. Because purposeless volume quietly destroys your fitness, your freshness, and your race day.
I've seen it hundreds of times. Athletes who train the most don't podium. Athletes who train the smartest do.

On June 11th I'm running a free live webinar — Faster, Fresher, and More Fun: Racing IRONMAN on 12 Hours a Week — and I'm going to show you exactly how to build that smarter week.

"If someone told me I had to train 20 hours a week to race an IRONMAN, I'd say this isn't the right project for me."
That's Stephanie — doctor, mom, IRONMAN World Championship qualifier. She did it without destroying her schedule, sleep, or sanity.

Kevin? 53-minute IRONMAN PR. Chris? A decade of injuries and burnout and then within one season with us he was winning.

On June 11th I'm running a free live webinar where I'll show you exactly how: Faster, Fresher, and More Fun — Racing IRONMAN on 12 Hours a Week.

Thrive on race day AND in your life outside of sport. That's the goal.

No 50-mile weeks. No grinding through junk miles. No sacrificing everything else in your life.

Most marathon plans are built on one idea: run more. Log the miles. Stack the long runs. Trust the volume.
That's not the best way for most age group athletes to train. I know because I've coached hundreds of athletes to Boston qualifying times, sub-3 hours, and PRs they didn't think were possible. The common thread was never mileage. It was a smarter approach to training.

On June 18th I'm hosting a free live webinar: Fewer Miles, Faster Finish — Racing a Marathon on 35 Miles a Week.
A multisport approach. The right weekly split of running, biking, and lifting. Built to get you faster and keep you healthy.

Not Your Father's IRONMAN training plan.
Most athletes think training for and nailing an IRONMAN means logging 15, 18, even 20-hour training weeks. Grinding through junk miles. Surviving the build.
That approach doesn't just wreck your schedule and life. It wrecks your race.

I've spent 20+ years coaching professional triathletes and busy age-groupers. 450+ pro podiums and wins. 2000+ athletes qualified for World Championships. I know what works, and I'm sharing the exact methodology in a free live webinar on June 11th.

Faster, Fresher, and More Fun — Racing IRONMAN on 12 Hours a Week.
Not "go easy." Not "do less." Train smarter. Every session with a purpose. Every hour earning its place.
