Join us for a free Self-Defense Workshops! 💪💥

The first Self-Defense Workshop is on Thursday, 8/28 @ 5-6:30pm (Hagan Gym)

The first topic is, Walk before running: Basics of evasion skills. This module is suitable for individuals of all experience levels to safely disengage from potential confrontations. Participants will learn and practice fundamental physical evasion skills and verbal de-escalation strategies. 📝
