You’re going to want to save this one! It is my go to interval running workout. I do this at least once a week. Most weeks I’ll do it 2 or 3 times. It’s a good mix of walking and running if you are like me and don’t love running straight for a long distance. It’s also a good stroller friendly workout. (pictured here ☺️)
If you do it on a treadmill I like to do the walk portion with an incline. I’ve probably shared this 100 times because I love it so much but I’m gonna leave it right here on my feed so you can save it. Swipe to see the workout. Happy Friday, enjoy!

**all the walks are fast and increase your speed with each run. 1:00 being the fastest run.**

I’m back and more out of shape than ever! 😅 Just did my first workout in what feels like a million years. Can’t wait to start sharing workouts again with you guys. Peep cobi in the bassinet sleeping like a little angel baby!
Kept it pretty simple. No weights.
Squats
Push ups
Lunges
Dips
Sit ups/crunches
:30 jumping jacks
4 rounds
10/20/30/10 reps by round.
