Yesterday's theme was, "say no or quit something". Thanks for playing along and many blessings to you

It's day 3 of the self-love challenge.

It's time to treat yourself. It can be a big treat or a little treat....
Just do something fun and nice for yourself.

It may be the gift of time. It may be something yummy or it may be doing nothing at all!

DAY 2 of the self love challenge! Is today! Yesterday was "buy yourself flowers" day and here are mine!

Today: 15 minutes of doing nothing. And either:

1. Write a love note to yourself (note card, journal or any paper will do)

2. Write a list of 10 things you love about yourself! Post it on a mirror or save to your phone so you can remind yourself how amazing you are!

Have a beautiful day

Hello friends - Happy New Year! I've been a bit silent in recent months. You may know that I love the shiny new feeling of a new year. And yet 2025 was A LOT. It was also a big year of transition for me. During this break, I paused to reflect and share some of the lessons I learned along the way. Check out my post on LinkedIn (Link in Comments)

Many blessings to you and yours. Here's to abundance, joy, peace, love and however you choose to define success in 2026 and beyond.
