🗓️ May is here — and if it already feels like a lot, you are not imagining it.
Field trips. Finals. Playoffs. Performances. End-of-year everything.
We call it Marathon Month — and it’s one of the most physically and emotionally demanding times of year for kids AND the adults who love them. 🏃♀️
Here’s something every sports parent needs to know:
Young female athletes are up to 8x more likely to suffer an ACL tear than boys — and tired, overloaded bodies in May are especially vulnerable. 🦵
The good news? Yoga builds exactly the strength, flexibility, and body awareness that protects young athletes and keeps them in the game. 💪🧘♀️
