San Francisco Sirens San Francisco Sirens are an all girls paintball team based out of Northern California. For some, paintball is just a sport. Captain- Allison Cook Young

Grrl on Grrl is a paintball team based out of northern California specializing in tournament paintball. We practice relentlessly, improving our skills, and upping our game on a regular basis. You can look to us for not only great attitudes and awesome sportsmanship, but also for an aggressive style of play on the field. For us, it’s a lifestyle.A core goal for Grrl on Grrl is to maintain an inspiring all girl team that is not only highly skilled, but well recognized and respected on and off the field.Grrl on Grrl wants to support any paintball company who is trying to help promote more female participation in the sport we all love. We will return your support by promoting your company’s positive image to the fullest, always holding ourselves to the highest levels of professional conduct, and talking to the many people and paintball players we encounter about your support and your products.

Behind every jersey is a legacy. In front of every jersey is a future. 📈✨

We love getting anonymous reminders like this from the MSXL. It’s a beautiful testament to the fact that you never know who is watching, who is being inspired, and how far your footprint truly reaches.👣🧜‍♀️

From the West Coast to the Midwest and beyond, the Sirens family is rooted in decades of history—but it’s the next generation that keeps us moving forward. Incredibly grateful for this community and the little forces of nature keeping our sport alive. 👑💙

Over 20 years later, we’re still here. Still competing. Still doing what we love. ❤️

What started as Team Grrl on Grrl in 2002 evolved into the San Francisco Sirens ~ and today, we’re competing at the highest level of women’s paintball. 🧜‍♀️🌊

Different eras, different jerseys, and so many incredible women who have been part of this story along the way.

On October 10th, we’re bringing the generations back together at WCAP. If you’ve ever balled with us, come out, run some points, share some stories, and celebrate over two decades of memories.

📅 Saturday Oct.10th
