Jessica currently serves as Vice President, Games Experiences & Engagement for LA28, where she leads teams responsible for bringing the spirit of the Games to life and creating unforgettable experiences for fans from around the world.

BEHIND THE EXPERIENCE 🌟

As the 2026 Golden State Warriors Scholarship/Internship Recipient, Dwayne Pittman III, ’27, earned the opportunity to serve as a Corporate Partnerships Intern with the Warriors organization.

Dwayne’s internship with the Golden State Warriors has given him the opportunity to grow within the sports industry while gaining valuable hands-on experience in corporate partnerships.

From contributing to projects and researching brands to learning from industry professionals, his time with the organization has strengthened his understanding of partnership strategy, relationship-building, and collaboration.

As he wraps up his time with the Warriors, Dwayne is grateful for the mentorship, professional growth, and experiences he’ll carry with him into what comes next.

After turning his Lakers internship into a full-time role in just three months, Roman now serves as an Integrated Marketing Coordinator, bringing campaigns to life across social, digital, and in-arena channels. 🏀

What does it look like to work behind the scenes of one of the biggest events in women’s basketball? 🏀

USF Sport Management alumna Ciara Sparling '25 experienced it firsthand as a Social Media Content Publisher for the WNBA at the 2026 WNBA All-Star Game.

From leading social content across platforms and providing real-time game and event coverage to interviewing players and teams, Ciara was right in the middle of the action. She covered key marquee moments, including the Orange Carpet, the Obama Center, the Shooting Competition, and the All-Star Game, while preparing graphics and coordinating the content calendar.

Her experience offers a powerful look at the opportunities in sports media and what it means to turn a passion for sports into a career.
