I haven’t been on here in awhile nor
My YouTube page. I have developed Triscaphe Arthritis in my hands which is probably a result in over 20 years of teaching dumbbell weight training classes 3 days a week. In addition to being a gymnast in my youth and an avid crafter with sewing and costume making. Also, genetics. My father developed the same with lifelong guitar playing. I no longer teach my online classes but still am training my wonderful clients at Trainability - Mission. I’ll be starting up videos again on YouTube but right now just figuring it all out and how to keep moving forward with this rather major setback. But I have confidence I will persevere. Thank you all so much for the en unending support and the trust that all my clients and students have given me to help them empower their mind and bodies. I won’t stop and will continue my journey, and help you to continue yours. I will keep you posted . What’s next? As I turn 65 next week, I will continue to work my body and my client’s to the best of my ability, which I must say is still pretty stellar, even with lame hands. Everything else still works great!🤞Onward.
