WE DID IT!!! We danced our way through 90 minutes of Dancing ...yes, dripping like we ran through a car wash, but what a great feeling it was. Big Giant Thank you for joining in on our Holiday Dance Off & for all the Toy Donations!!! You all danced hard, it was a blast. You got to be feeling it today, because I sure am. I was pretty much "old lady" moaning all day, as I climbed up & down the stairs & while getting in and out of the car. Eeeeks, but yeah, so worth it!

Just a Quick Reminder, We are having our 90 Minute Holiday Dance off tomorrow at Noon. :) Let's be good to ourselves and Dance ourselves fit together.

Happy Holidays Everyone! We're Dancing ourselves fit on, Sunday, December 20th from Noon to 1:30pm for only $5.00. This 90 minute class is intended to help burn off some of this Holiday eating we're all enjoying and allow us to enjoy with a little less guilt.
This will also be our 2nd annual Toy Drive to Benefit the SF Fire Fighters Toy Program. Giving us the opportunity to bring joy to a child in needs holiday. Honestly, the alternative is a painful thought. So along with your water, towel, and light weight sneakers, don't forget to bring a much needed unwrapped new toy.
..and yes, Our FDF Classes will be back in SF permanently. Details will be announced in the New Year.

60 YEAR OLD KILLS HIP-HOP ROUTINE Canadian high school dance teacher Shirley Clements, performs with her students at Hip-Hop competition! This amazing woman has inspired countless dancers throughout the years and continues to inspire everyday!

Happy New Years! Let's set the stage for this year, with doing what's not only good for us, but it feels good and Yep, it's fun. Let's Dance! Class is at 11am at DSG studios. 🎉 Hope to see you!
