Goodbye November and Hello December!
December brings the last 31 days of the year. 31 more days to achieve the goals you set for yourself in 2022 and 31 days to start planning your 2023 goals.
What is a goal that you are going to set for yourself for 2023?

"Hey OYSF Fam! My name is Haleli.
The day my life changed is when I walked into my first yoga studio in Santa Cruz about 9 years ago. My favorite type of yoga depends on the day ~ some days it's a fun dynamic vinyasa flow, other days it's hatha, sinking into the foundation of a pose, and other days it's breathing in savasana with legs up the wall.
Fun fact: About a year from now, I will become an Occupational Therapist!
Teaching with Outdoor Yoga is an absolute blessing. I love how it motivates us to go outside, feel the air, adapt to our surroundings, and become alive with the seasons. Breathing and moving in the flow state with one another in unity while taking in the beauty of nature is such an awe-inspiring experience, and I am so grateful to be a part of it."
