Some good news!
I got a call earlier this evening with the news I will be back at 24 Hour Alemany! It seems 24Hr has reversed course and is bringing back their group x schedule.
So excited to get back with this strong crew!

So I've decided to try and build more of a social media presence for my BODYPUMP classes, and what will hopefully be more fitness adventures to come!

Yesterday I got a bit of sad news. After almost a year and a half and two time slots later, tomorrow will be my last class at 24 Hour Fitness Alemany. This was not my choice- it is a decision that has come down from many rungs of the ladder above me.
This gym and the attendees of this class have given me a tremendous amount of hope, pride and strength to the extent they don't even know. This Thursday slot has had its fits and starts, but it has hit a bit of a stride lately and I wish I could stay to see this great group continue on their fitness journeys. These men and women of pretty much every age from teenager to young at heart are resilient, inspiring and strong in every way- and it's been such an honor to make each of them realize, maybe even just a little, that they can change themselves, their community and the world. They've taught me to be a better coach, more understanding, and on the whole, a better man. I can't thank this crew enough for this.
If you're a member of 24 Hour Fitness and come to my other classes, or you've always wanted to try BODYPUMP, please join me at 7PM tomorrow at the Alemany gym as we go out with a bang.
