Figure It In, LLC is Seeking a Social Media Intern
Figure It In, LLC is an organizational and leadership consulting company that uses an eye-catching model to teach leaders and groups how everyday conflict can transform into meaningful connection in all types of interactions.
This position requires remote collaboration for 10-15 hrs per week with a dynamic team on the ground floor of a revolutionary relationship tool development project. Figure It In, LLC is positioning to change the world and how humans relate to each other through conflict. Duties are semi-structured and require your passion, self-leadership, and participation in completing tasks.
Social Media Interns support the digital media staff to develop and implement outreach, create promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement and increase revenue. The duties and responsibilities of a Social Media Intern include:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the design and ex*****on of social media campaigns.
Be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
Use social media presence to ensure high levels of web traffic and customer engagement
Create monthly editorial calendars for content to promote the company brand on various social media websites using Hootsuite CMS.
Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos, and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets.
Track social media engagement to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Return on Investment (ROI) for paid campaigns, and campaigns for scalability.
Support marketing team at live and online events.
Work with the Podcast editorial team to promote and advertise weekly episodes via social platforms via Hootsuite.
Strategize, execute, and manage Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter accounts.
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Conduct, gather and analyze market research.
Meet clear posts-per-week goals
Monitor postings to ensure brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted
Contribute a minimum of 10 hours per week toward social media campaigns and additionally on an as-need basis
Qualifications for Social Media Intern:
Bachelor or Graduate degree in Communication Studies, Marketing, or similar degree required.
Extensive working knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter required.
Familiar with multi-social posting through applications such as Hootsuite and Canva.
Adobe Illustrator experience is a plus.
Google Analytics experience is a plus.
High degree of creativity, curiosity, excellent time management skills, and high attention to details.
Be proactive, use sound judgment, work independently without close supervision.
Must be able to work within a team and independently.
Ability to ensure company best practices, optimal decision making, and use of resources in production and in planning stages.
Adhere to creative and editorial guidelines
Support the ongoing reevaluation of the strategic social media plan as needs and circumstances change
Communicate content engagement statistics on a weekly basis
