Something I'm very proud to announce —

Bright Star Pilates will be hosting Lo**ta's Legacy™ Pilates Teacher Training beginning August 2026.

This is a 500-hour, internationally recognized program rooted in the direct lineage of Joseph Pilates — created by Pilates Elder Lo**ta San Miguel, one of only two people personally certified by him.

If you've ever thought about teaching, or simply want to understand this method at a deeper level, this program is worth exploring.

Cohorts are intentionally small — 6 trainees maximum — so the experience is personal, rigorous, and deeply supported.

An informational gathering is coming up in July. Details soon. 🤍
