“Don’t ever make decisions based on fear. Make decisions based on hope and possibility.”

And that’s exactly what our Girls U14 Black team did this past weekend!

After struggling to find results in recent games, the team responded with determination, playing the ball into strategic spaces and doing an excellent job of supporting one another on the field. They celebrated together, appreciated their teammates, and showed respect for their opponents.

This is what growth looks like. This is what teamwork looks like. This is the Seals way.

We look forward to seeing this group continue to grow, compete, and move forward with confidence as the season progresses!

The Seals U11 pre MLS 1 season got off to a rocky start, with tough losses and a team still searching for its rhythm. But in true Seals fashion, they refused to fold. Through adversity, hard work, and unwavering perseverance, the team has fought its way back, entering October with back-to-back wins and renewed belief in their pursuit of the top of the table.

In their latest match, led by Coach Jared McDonald, they brought the same energy and mentality, and finally, things clicked, helping them secure a 2-1 victory against big time rivals the San Francisco Glens.

Now, the journey ahead will truly test what they’re made of.

⚽️❤️ CAIS girl’s micro soccer team! ❤️⚽️

Our girls are getting out on the field, building confidence, learning teamwork, and having fun through soccer! 🌟⚽️

Micro Soccer is a school-grade-based soccer league for girls and boys in PreK, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade, with a special focus on giving young players lots of time on the field.

Each team plays two 4v4 games simultaneously, and teams have 10–15 players, ensuring every child gets ample soccer time.

We love seeing these young girls develop their skills, make new friends, and grow their love for the game! 💪⚽️❤️

Our community is mourning the sudden loss of Coach Rami Hammadi, a beloved coach, mentor, colleague, and friend. Rami brought incredible energy, knowledge, and heart to every space he entered, from San Francisco soccer clubs to his work at the Four Seasons, and he left a lasting mark on so many young athletes and families. A former professional player with ACF Fiorentina in Italy, Rami shared his love of the game by coaching across every level of youth development, always pushing players to grow with discipline, resilience, and confidence. But beyond all of his accomplishments, Rami’s greatest pride was his family. He was the sole financial provider for his wife, Tandrika, and their son, Amir, and his sudden passing has left them facing both heartbreaking grief and deep financial uncertainty.

This fundraiser is for Tandrika and Amir as they navigate life without Rami. Tandrika is currently pursuing a PhD, and Amir is entering his sophomore year at Nativity High School. Support from this campaign will help ease the burden of essential living expenses, provide stability for Amir’s education and growth, and give Tandrika the space to continue her doctoral studies without immediate financial disruption. Rami gave so much of himself to shaping our kids and strengthening our community, and now it is our turn to show up for the family he loved so deeply. Please consider donating if you are able, and sharing this campaign with your friends, teams, and networks to help surround Tandrika and Amir with care and support.
