Why I left Coaching and Why I’m Back.
If you started following me any time after March of last year, we probably met because of the photography or during some creative project work. Before I made a decision to move across the country and dedicate my time to creative work, I was a full time fitness and CrossFit coach and business owner. Why did I leave fitness you may ask? At times like these I think it’s important to share and here is my story. .
At the time of leaving, I wanted to make a difference beyond the local town and the city. I felt frustrated, that the only way possible to be successful, it seemed is to be another fitness influencer on ig wearing b***y shorts. I felt pressured (*gasp) taking my closes off in order to attract more followers and all the bu****it attention I did NOT want. That’s a competitive ego issue that I worked hard on and let go of but that’s a different story. So I walked out. I had enough of people’s comments on physical esthetics over the purpose of staying fit and training for life. Don’t get me wrong, when your beautiful looks and toned body matches with HOW you feel - it’s a huge plus but physical appearance is not what I was going for. I felt trapped in the worst of social medial influenced mindset and I couldn’t bear it anymore. So why am I back to coaching and why NOW?
Easy. Since the worldwide quarantine and battle with covid19 people are slowly waking up. Based on personal observations, today people are challenged and motivated to focus on what’s important - health. Look, being sick in this country is fu***ng expensive. People are forced to take health seriously and do what they can control in their living rooms without worrying about their looks - train, move, breath, think outside of box..etc. At times like these,I know I can make a difference to help your mom in Florida, to help you in Boston, Hawaii and other motivated individuals across the globe who are starting to wake the f*up and realize that you are more than just looks. It’s not about chasing followers. It’s not about working out. It’s about training for life. I am here for you if you are ready to train not just workout. ❤️
Much love! Stay Home!

I’m not an expert. But what matters to me is keeping calm, do what I can control and care for those around me. .
I can feel the anxiety rising from most obvious health concerns, to financial and economic burden we are experiencing right now. This is not to take lightly but humans are the best machines at adapting and overcoming challenges and we will do just that again. For the time being, brace for the impact even if it means to disappear in your cave for a while. I have mastered isolation as an introvert my whole life but how beautiful it is that we have this gift of communicating through technology. I yesterday read an interesting article about Steve Job’s predictions about technology he made in 80’ and 90’s - it’s fascinating and genius. I’m attaching a link in my bio for you to read. Holla at me if you need to talk. Stay safe.
