🌄✨ **Chaski: Messengers of the Inca Empire** ✨🌄

The Chaski were the swift messengers of the Inca Empire, chosen from a young age for their speed and endurance. They trained rigorously to cover great distances quickly, ensuring smooth communication across the empire through a relay system.

The term "Chaski" means "the one who receives and gives." They transported messages encoded in Khipu, vital for the empire. With the help of sacred coca leaves for energy, they could traverse the Andes and Amazon, running about 2.4 km between checkpoints. A true symbol of Inca efficiency! 🏃‍♂️💨
