Domestic manufacturing allows us to make smaller, more controlled runs of every bag, ensuring that each bag is worthy of it's lifetime warranty. Mission Workshop strives for a production level of goods that are unmatched in terms of durability, aesthetics and over all flawless construction. What it doesn't cover is reasonable wear and tear or abuse. If you drag your bag around behind your car, or carry a bunch of razor sharp machetes with you, that’s on you. We can fix it, but we won't cover the costs, and we might recommend for you not to do that anymore.

[New] Gradient 2.0

The Gradient 2.0 is our latest collaboration with Philleywood, developed from our Strasse series with a shorter, above-the-wrist profile for increased mobility and versatile 3-season use. Designed for everything from cold days around town to long-distance cycling and backcountry use.

The back of the hand, thumb, and fourchettes are constructed from Polartec® Wind Pro® Hardface®, a Made in USA fleece that combines four-way stretch with warmth, breathability, snag resistance, and wind and water resistance.

The palm, knuckle guard, pull strap, and finger protectors are made from Siciliano Pellami WR Hydronaut aniline goatskin leather. Tanned and treated in Italy, the PFAS-free leather provides excellent water, perspiration, and abrasion resistance while maintaining a soft hand and high breathability.

Like our previous collaborations, the Gradient 2.0 is handmade in California in numbered batches, combining traditional glove construction with advanced materials and practical details designed for comfort, durability, and extended use.

Designed to transition from everyday commuting to travel, grocery runs, photo shoots, and gear-heavy missions, the Vandal expands from a streamlined 29 liters to an enormous 65 liters in seconds. Fully expanded, it carries more than twice its everyday volume while maintaining structure, comfort, and stability.

Ultra 400X combines an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene woven face with a waterproof laminate construction, delivering exceptional abrasion and tear resistance at a remarkably low weight. A VX07RS liner adds a lightweight, durable interior layer. The result is the most technically advanced Vandal yet, combining exceptional durability, low weight, and uncompromising performance.
