The lovely Amy Juelsgaard will soon be picking up her practice and moving to Brazil! Come jump start you weekend with Amy, Wednesdays + Fridays at 9am for the month of June. Her class is not to be missed.

Meet Emmanuel, he will be leading at Bird Monday 6/16 & 6/23!
Emmanuel Hapsis uses a combination of music, humor, and a dance-like vinyasa flow to inspire students to express themselves as authentically as possible. Trained at Laughing Lotus in San Francisco, his approach to yoga is immersed in the chakras and how we can unlock them along with our innate potential through asana, mantra, pranayama, and meditation. When not in the yoga studio, Emmanuel loves to travel, bake pies, and sing his heart out at karaoke.

Our beloved Adam Hunter is leaving San Francisco to embark on a biking journey across the great US. Please join us this Wednesday for his farewell class at Bird!
