SOTS PRESS. Painfully underrated 😮‍💨

Start incorporating more of the sots press in your training! It is one of the more demanding exercises for overhead squat development. It brings together all of the strength and mobility requirements for overhead squat and challenges them all simultaneously. And it’s a great way to improve your sn**ch 🤝

“A couple years ago I never would have felt confident enough to join a competition or to workout in front of any kind of audience. I used to skip workouts that I didn’t like and hide any weaknesses I had. Over the last year I’ve focused on facing the challenges and learning ways to adapt with my leg. It’s been a rewarding year for both my physical fitness and my mindset. Praise God for showing me that my weakness can be used for his glory.
