Hello neighbors! We are looking to hold a scaled down and socially distanced Halloween on Shotwell between 19th-22nd. The main goal of this year's stroll is to provide trick-or-treating for children in the immediate area to limit crowds.

We would like to ask you:
1. Can you volunteer? We need help with diverting traffic/keeping cars off the street and encouraging people to stay 6 feet apart and not crowd. We have glow in the dark mesh vests and flashlights for volunteers.
2. If you live on Shotwell, will you participate in handing out candy?

Shotwell Halloween Stroll COVID Prevention Guidelines:
- Households will gather outside on their steps or porch and place candy on a step 6 feet away in separate piles or small grab bag.
- Masks are required for everyone.
- Trick-or-treaters will stay 6 feet away and avoid crowding by waiting on pumpkins chalked on the three blocks of Shotwell St.
- Neighbors can decorate their houses, but no haunted garages or other things that cause people to gather or crowd together.

Please comment here, and we'll get back to via direct message.
Thank you!
