There are 4 main applicators for the ๐๐„๐Œ๐„๐‘ here in the states. But outside of the daily 8 minute plan, Iโ€™m always grabbing the ๐๐ฉ๐š๐! โฃ

You can lay it on a certain muscle group (pic 1), throw it between your legs for after leg day (pic 2) or even wrap it around an unhappy knee while placing your tired foot up against it! (pic 3)โฃ
