A little bit about my backstory and how I came to do what I do!
Hey there FB community!
As a reminder, I have a 3 Part Core Stability Series happening NOW that you can access for FREE!!! It is a way for you to have a better understanding of the entire structure of your core so you're able to improve your quality of movement in everything else you do.
✨What is included?✨
In this 3 Part Series you will learn to gradually strengthen your core through 20-30 minute workouts.
Through the use of your breath, paired with stabilizing core exercises, various plank work, and sequences that engage the musculature throughout your entire trunk, you will learn to better connect to all parts of your core.
Each video will build upon the last - the third being the hardest.
Equipment needed:
* Pilates ball or a pillow you can fold in half
* A hand towel
* 3 or 5lb dumbbells
This is good for you if:
- You feel as though you have a weak core
- You have a weak low back
- You aren't aware of or don't know the difference between your upper & lower abs, your transverse abdominis, your internal/external obliques, and the muscles that support the back of your core.

The program is curated with the intention of connecting you to your body through movement, so you are able to stay COMMITTED to yourself this year.
The program includes:
- Twelve 30 minute workouts, send to your inbox daily for 12 days straight (2 bonus workouts included)
- Beat based movement including: Strength, HIIT, High Rep/Low Weight Toning, and Restorative Stretching (limited equipment needed)
- Journaling prompts
- Short meditations
- Two Live-streamed movement experiences (recorded for those who can't attend live)
- A WhatsApp group chat for connectivity and accountability
This is right for you if:
- you have been meaning to recommit to moving your body in the new year but don't know where to start

Hi there FB community! I have had some requests to add a Functional Strength Class to my weekly live-stream schedule. This class will focus on progressions of the same exercises for one month, which will give you enough time to master the moves in your own physical body. It'll be curated to music (like most everything I do) and is open to all levels.
Message below to let me know which days/times are preferable to you:
WEEKDAY CLASS
- 7:00am - 7:45am EST
- 8am - 8:45am
WEEKEND CLASS
- 10am - 10:45am
- 11am - 11:45am

An Update on My Decision to Pause the Podcasts Why I paused the podcasts.

ANNOUNCEMENT FRIENDS! After taking 5 months to rest, heal my body post birth, and spend time to settle into motherhood with my Zuri girl, I am ready to put my teaching hat back on!
I will be teaching 3 live-streamed classes starting next week (10/4).
