Eight years ago, Amanda joined Tribe to get ready for her wedding.

When she invited Andy to a Valentine’s Day workout, he barely made it through the warmup before calling it quits.

But instead of walking away discouraged, he signed up the very next week, ready to focus on his health.

Together, they lost 65 pounds for their wedding…

And what’s even more impressive is that they still prioritize their fitness today and have made Tribe a lasting part of their health journey.

Continuing to show up and work out 2–3 times per week, Amanda and Andy are among our longest-tenured members.

When you start with Tribe, we begin with an in-person meeting called our “No Sweat Consultation.”

It’s about getting to know you — your goals, your training history, and what you’re actually looking for.

We’ll put you on an InBody scanner to get a clear picture of your muscle mass, body fat, and what’s happening inside your body right now.

From there, we develop a prescriptive plan and map out a real road map to your goals — one we’ll build together and hit together.

You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, and we’ll be straight with you about whether we think we’re a good fit. If it makes sense, we’ll show you exactly how to get started. If it doesn’t, that’s okay too.

The goal is clarity, not pressure.

Every training session at Tribe is structured for real results.

We start with a purposeful warm up designed to improve mobility, address your tight spots, and prepare your body for the work ahead. Next is our main strength section; one or two big compound lifts, the heaviest and most important work of the day. This is where you get stronger over time. Then we move into auxiliary work using dumbbells, kettlebells and specialty equipment to round things out and train your whole body intelligently.

We finish with focused intensity, using cardio machines and body weight movements to build capacity, improve conditioning, and support your body composition goals.

This structure means every session leaves you feeling like you actually did something meaningful. You’ll move better, get stronger, and improve your cardiovascular fitness all at once.

Transformation OF THE YEAR!

8 months ago, Eric started at ground zero - with very little knowledge to fitness, movement, strength, and nutrition. He dove in and listened to his coaches here at Tribe - trusting the process.

Of all the massive transformations we’ve had over the past decade that Tribe has been open, Eric’s is one of our favorites. This past year, he won Transformation of the Year because of it!

Over the past 8 months, Eric has lost over 50 pounds of fat! He shows up 3 times a week with an open mind, ready to learn from his coaches.

Even to this day, with 19% less body fat on him, he still comes to class each day ready to listen and learn - he has become one of the stronger members in the studio and because of this his confidence has sky rocketed as well.

Eric - keep shining! Keep learning! And keep being an example of what is possible if you apply yourself and listen to the Tribe StrongX program!
