We are psyched to welcome Coach Troy Lingle () to our DIAKADI community this month.
Meet Troy Lingle:
“My passion for fitness started early. Growing up, I was a multi-sport athlete, competing at the varsity level in basketball, baseball, track and field, and soccer. Being active and pushing my limits was always part of who I was, but it wasn't until later that I truly understood the transformative power of health and fitness.
In 2020, I made the life-changing decision to commit fully to my health and fitness journey as part of my New Year's resolution. That commitment sparked a tunnel vision for self-improvement, and I fully immersed myself in learning, applying, and living a fitness-focused lifestyle. Health and training became my therapy, my outlet, and my driving purpose. As I transformed myself from the inside out, people began noticing and soon started asking me to help them with their own fitness journeys. That's when I realized it was time to take my passion to the next level and become a professional trainer.
Today, I'm proud to coach individuals from all walks of life, helping them unlock their full potential through movement, discipline, and mindset”.

Recovery is just as important as the work you put in. We asked our coaches which habit they prioritize most and why.
Ask the Coach: If you could only recommend one recovery habit, what would it be and why?
Aurora (): “I'd recommend prioritizing sleep. Getting consistent, quality sleep is when the body truly repairs muscle tissue and consolidates nervous system gains from training.
If sleep is already taken then you could swap sleep for massage therapy. Massage breaks up tissue tension, helps with circulation, and relaxes the nervous system. It’s a high-value recovery tool because it helps muscles glide with each other better creating easier movement and helps you drop into your body and relax which is a powerful reset for your nervous system.”
Austin (.fitness): “If I could only recommend one recovery habit, it would be to improve sleep and everything about it: duration, quality and timing. Get 8 hours; set up your bedtime routine and environment so sleep is uninterrupted and you go through your proper sleep cycles; and ensure that you fall asleep and wake up in line with your circadian rhythm. A sleep wearable can be really helpful for assessing all of these. This is all essential for energy, cognitive function, hormone regulation, tissue repair and growth and many other health benefits.”
