Another long but fun day on the bay. We started with the water support for the Swim for Sight Alctraz and then had our Sunday swim session . Swimmers enjoyed flat water ,mild currents ,and warm air temps. We also got to see one the the Navy ships coming in for fleet week.

Busy day today for the crew. We had this fun SGRAIL Marin tri that we did water support for and we also had a crew doing a double Angel Island Relay. Hoping to see some of those pictures later. Back at it tomorrow for Swim for Sight and our weekly swim as well. 🏊🏊‍♀️🐬🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️🏊🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️🏊‍♂️🐬

Was a fun day on the bay. Swimmers enjoyed the 61 degree water and a flood tide that did not last as long as advertised!! They doged some outriggers and we got to watch the Mexican Navys tall ship leaving the bay.🏊🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️🐬 Back to Aquatic Park next week.

Today we honored are friend,coach and Mentor Pedro Ordenes. Thank you to all the participants, volunteers, paddlers, our boat fleet and the SFPD Marine units . We will be making a $10,000 donation in his honor to the Stand Up to Cancer foundation.

We hosted an Alcatraz swim today with the Mt. View Masters group. Because of the currents and other swims on the bay we started them West of the island and they all did great. Hope to see you all again for another swim. 🏊‍♂️ 🏊🏊‍♀️🐬

Thanks to everyone who participated in our Round Trip Alcatraz swim this morning. Conditions on the bay do not get any better than this. We hope you had a fantastic swim. We also hope we didn’t spoil you too much. Looking forward to seeing everyone on September 19!
