One housing project in SF's SoMa finds itself falling in the shadows A South of Market developer is offering every community benefit he can think of to get a 63-unit project on Folsom Street approved. But his development faces strong opposition because it would shadow a portion of the Victoria Manalo Draves Park park for about 100 minutes a day from spring into fall.
