I think we could all use something sweet, cold, and refreshing to get us through this west coast heat wave π₯΅ Instead of heading to Starbucks to overpay for a frappuccino, try making this healthy + affordable version at home! Hereβs a quick + easy recipe for two dreamy frappes thatβll cool you down, satisfy your sweet tooth, and keep you on track with your goals π

Caramel Frappe - makes two servings, 72 calories per serving
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 1/2 cups ice
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp fat free caramel syrup
- 4 tbsp Lakanto golden monkfruit sweetener (feel free to add more/less to taste)
Horchata Frappe - makes 2 servings, 58 calories per serving [dairy free + vegan]
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 1/2 cups ice
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp Lakanto golden monkfruit sweetener (feel free to add more/less to taste)
Add all ingredients to a blender + blend on high until you reach a thick, frappe consistency. Divide into two equal servings + add optional toppings if desired (caramel drizzle/cinnamon powder, df whipped cream, etc). For even better macros, add your fav protein powder before blending. ENJOY! πΊ
