5 WHYS. ONE REASON THAT MATTERS.

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself WHY you work so hard?

Is it for financial security? More time with family? The freedom to travel? Or simply having more choices in life?

For me, after more than 20 years in sales, I realized that working harder wasn’t necessarily giving me more of what I wanted.

I wanted to enjoy the life Michael and I had worked so hard to build, without constantly arranging everything around work.

That realization led me to explore building my own online business as another source of income.

Because sometimes, finding a different way starts with asking yourself the right questions.

Sometimes, the biggest walls standing between us and our goals are the ones we build ourselves.

Fear. Self-doubt. Past experiences. The comfort of what we already know.

Before we realize it, those walls can keep us from moving forward, exploring new opportunities, and discovering what is possible.

I have had to challenge some of those walls myself, especially when I decided to explore building an online business.

And I have learned that sometimes the first step toward something better is simply being willing to think differently.

So ask yourself: Are your walls protecting you, or holding you back?

“I’M NOT GOOD WITH TECHNOLOGY.” SOUND FAMILIAR? 💻

You would be surprised how many people let that one thought stop them from exploring an online business.

After more than 20 years in traditional sales, stepping into the digital world was a completely different experience for me.

Social media, digital marketing, creating content, learning new platforms. There was a lot to figure out!

And guess what? I am still learning!

But here is what I discovered.

You don’t have to know everything before you start.

One of the reasons I chose this business was the training, mentorship, and support already in place. I didn’t have to figure everything out on my own.

You learn one step at a time, at your own pace.

And if I can learn new technology after decades of doing business the traditional way, there is a good chance you can too!

🚗 STILL DEALING WITH TRAFFIC IN YOUR LIFE?

And I am not just talking about the kind on the freeway.

For over 20 years, I spent so much of my time traveling for work, sitting in traffic, rushing to appointments, catching flights, and trying to keep up with schedules that never seemed to slow down.

And somewhere along the way, I started asking myself…

How much of my life am I spending just trying to get somewhere?

We work hard to build a better life, but sometimes the very work we do leaves us with less time to actually enjoy it.

That was one of the reasons I started looking for a different way.

For me, building an online business was not about quitting work or escaping responsibilities.

It was about creating another source of income while working toward more flexibility, more choices, and greater control over how I spend my time.

Because life should be about more than getting from one obligation to the next.

And just like the traffic we encountered on the freeway, sometimes we get so accustomed to the same routine that we forget there might be another way forward.

Meet our very own Prada.

She has the pearls, the wardrobe, the frequent-flyer lifestyle, and apparently, very expensive taste.

Her favorite restaurant? Mama’s Fish House in Maui, naturally. 🌴

And judging by that expression, she is not particularly impressed with anything less.

But behind all the humor is something that really matters to us.

Creating a life with more freedom, flexibility, and time to enjoy the people, places, and furry little personalities we love.
