We recommend that athletes that have lingering technique errors spend time early in the season to remedy any of these issues.
🗣 A simple technique change can do more for your end-of-season performance than a full year’s worth of training!
Before you dive into larger volume or intensity, taking the time to address your form will not only allow you to train at faster paces when it counts but will also help reduce the risk of any injuries you may encounter during training.
Our master stroke technician Jeff Pearson has over 25 years of experience coaching elite triathlon, open water, and pool athletes and has developed a proven method for enhancing fitness, form, and durability while using the freestyle stroke.
