But the older I get, the more I realize real health is built differently.

another year around the sun 🌞
these were some of days that brought me joy this past year. 💙
and then there were the first times — harvesting honey, shooting clays, catching a comedy show, exploring new places and saying yes before i fully knew what i was getting into. those ended up being the best ones. this year taught me to keep saying yes. to new places, new experiences, new versions of myself i didn’t know were possible. the good stuff lives just past the hesitation. 😇
