Hey Hoopers,
By now you must know that Golden City Sports will not be starting a winter season by the end of January 2018 like we had originally planned. Due to some unforeseen complications, we were unable to secure a gym space for our league to continue to run. For now, the league is on hold and although things didn't pan out as we would have hoped, I'm glad we gave this a shot!
We are still looking to start things back up again once we can find the right gym space and partnership to make this happen. Of course, you will be the first to know.
To more officially wrap things up for now, I've created a short compilation of basketball videos that our team collected during season 1 & 2 of last year.

It's been about one week since Season 2 ended so there is a congratulations in order for this season's league champions, The Worriers! The Worries are the league's reigning champions which makes them the team to beat for season's to come. Also, congrats to Roxanne R. for leading her team to the W last Monday and securing the playoffs MVP award. Roxy ended the season with an astounding final game of 27pts and 5 rebounds.

Calling all Fall 2017 Players. We're excited for the season to start up again on Monday!
I have some important news to share. This past week we got word from the Gateway High School that we are going to have to switch our game times to 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30 instead of 7, 8 and 9 like we originally planned. We are not the only ones using this gym, the Gateway High School volleyball team practices there after school and their season started last week.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any questions. Calendars and schedules have all been updated.
