One of the things you’ll notice at Forge is that our instructors are students too.
Our coaches regularly train alongside our members in Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Dutch kickboxing, boxing, and Kali. Not because we have to. Because we believe continued learning makes us better coaches.
Some of the most valuable lessons come from teaching fundamentals, answering questions, and helping different people solve the same problem in different ways. Teaching and learning aren’t separate activities. Done well, they reinforce one another.

We’re expanding the Dutch Kickboxing program at Forge.
Starting Friday, June 5th, Coach Xavier will be adding a new Friday 12pm class to the schedule.
This class will include the core Dutch kickboxing curriculum along with kick shield drills, heavy bag work, conditioning, stamina training, and focus mitt rounds.
If you’ve been looking for more striking training, more rounds, and more time sharpening your skills, this is it.
